This agreement is based on the occupancy of room nights. The rate will be $ a night plus a 11.50% city/state tax per room ($). This rate is good for up to four occupants per room, additional occupants will be $5.00 per person. Please make us aware of any room with a 5th occupant so we may arrange for a rollaway bed for an additional fee. The total for your stay is $.
We require a deposit of 20% of the total amount of your stay and any room cancellations and/or date changes to be made 30 days in advance. If you do end up cancelling after the 30 day period, we will keep the deposit as a penalty fee. Also, please send a rooming list and itinerary at least two weeks in advance as this helps our desk staff to be organized upon your group’s arrival.

The pool is heated, the hot top is amazing feeling(despite tiles missing from both) The rooms are clean set up beautiful and smell nice! Such great staff, food and clean quiet hotel!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This hotel is very simple and sweet. The hot tub is small but adequate. The poop room was enjoyable. Breakfast was yogurt bar and toast which was perfect. Great coffee actually, normally I can't say that about hotel coffee. Front desk staff and breakfast lady were all so helpful and kind. I would return!
